2.3. Delivery and Payment

Ezzico manages the logistics, including product pick-up from the vendor, delivery to the customer, and collection of payments. Customers can track their deliveries in real time using the platform’s tracking system.

2.4. Product Authenticity and Responsibility

While Ezzico ensures vendors follow guidelines, vendors are fully responsible for the contents of the products they ship. In case of discrepancies between what was listed and what was delivered, Ezzico will facilitate communication and dispute resolution between the customer and the vendor.

3. Product Listings and Descriptions

3.1. Accuracy of Listings
Ezzico strives to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details provided by vendors are accurate and up to date. However, Ezzico does not guarantee that all listings will be free of errors or discrepancies.

3.2. Product Availability
Products listed on the platform are subject to availability. Ezzico will update product listings as necessary, and in the event a product is unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be notified promptly.

3.3. Right to Modify Listings
Ezzico reserves the right to modify or remove any product listing that does not comply with platform guidelines or if the vendor fails to meet required standards. This ensures that customers have access to reliable and consistent product information.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1. Payment Methods
Ezzico offers a range of secure payment options to suit customer preferences, including digital payments (such as mobile banking, credit/debit cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For customers choosing COD, a delivery fee must be paid in advance to confirm the order. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery. Orders will not be processed unless the delivery fee or full amount (in cases of digital payments) is received.

4.3. Transaction Security
All payments made on Ezzico are processed via government-approved gateways, ensuring a secure transaction experience for customers. Ezzico prioritizes protecting customer information during each stage of the payment process.

5.3. Delivery Safety and Packaging
Ezzico provides vendors with sealed packaging to ensure the safety of products during delivery. If the sealed packaging is compromised, the logistics provider will be held responsible. Upon notification from the customer, Ezzico will investigate the issue and liaise with both the logistics provider and the vendor to find a solution.

5.4 Vendor Liability for Product Accuracy

Vendors are responsible for ensuring the contents of the packages match the product listings on the platform. If there is a discrepancy between what was ordered and what was delivered, Ezzico will assist in resolving the issue, but the vendor holds primary responsibility. Refunds or replacements will be issued after an investigation by Ezzico confirms the claim.

5.5. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation, with customers receiving updates throughout the delivery process.

5.6. Unavoidable Delays
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or political disruptions, product delivery may be delayed. Ezzico will promptly notify customers of any such delays and provide updated delivery timelines as necessary.

6. Returns and Refunds

Vendors have the ability to upload images and videos related to their products. By doing so, vendors grant Ezzico the right to use these materials for marketing and promotional purposes, as agreed upon during the onboarding process.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Modification of Terms

Ezzico reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers, and they will be required to review and accept the updated terms upon their next login to continue using the platform.
